10 Arm Circles Forward (IC)
10 Arm Circles Backward (IC)
10 Grass Grabbers (IC)
10 Jumping Jacks (IC)

The Thang:

Find a large circle area to run or mark off area in a parking lot; Partner up!
Partners Run in opposite directions. When you meet your partner, stop and do the following:
10 Tricep Dips
10 Cross-body Mountain Climbers (1,1)
10 Plank Walk-outs with a Push-Up
10 Reverse Plank Toe-Touches (1,1)
Get up and carry on in your same direction until you meet again then do 9 of the same exercises. Continue as you decrease the number of reps until 1 of each then climb back up the ladder!
