The Thang: Warm up — Game Rules: Strike Outs = 10 burpees, Fly ball catch = 10 Jump Squats, Drop a ball = 5 push ups — after each inning, there will be a circuit (legs, arms, core)

Base 1: Squat with leg lift, Travel squat 4 r/l with 4 squat pulses, Lunge r/l balance at top, skaters, plie squats with 5 pulses each side

Base 2: Tricep dips, traveling planks to pushup, Carolina dry docks, Goodmornings, standing bird dog

Base 3: Whacky jacks, windmills, standing obliques, plank with spider legs plank with should tap, run a lap, and repeat
