Minute 3: 10 jumping jacks + 10 squats + 10 Windmills (repeat)
Minute 4: 10 jumping jacks + 10 squats + 10 Windmills + 10 Gate Opens (repeat)
Minute 5: 10 Gate Opens + 10 Windmills + 10 squats + 10 jumping jacks
This is a contact-free partner workout. Partner 1 will complete the specified number of reps while Partner 2 holds the specified exercise. Repeat until the total number of reps is complete. In between rounds, take a short lap.
