9 stations (1 minute at each station)

1. Good mornings
2. Calf raises
3. Sit ups
4. Squats
5. Planks
6. Wall sits
7. Tricep dips
8. Step ups
9. Leg lifts

20 seconds between stations
2+ sets
1:30 cardio between sets
