Warm up welcome to the jungle= jog in place, side shuffles, high knees, butt kicks, arm swings, inch worms

Lose control= squat lunge and mummy jacks

Fat bottom girls= crickets and star jacks

Jump around= jump squats and single leg deadlift

Here it goes again= plié squats and step ups

24 carat magic= plank knee to chest into extension and touchdown squats

Bicycle= low and high bicycles

What I like about you= shoulder burnout and skaters

Thunderstruck= curb taps and burpees

Run it= squat pulse and high knees
