Each station 20 feet apart= 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, 15 squat jumps, 20 box cutters, 25 OH claps with bricks, 30 jump jacks

Travel exercises alternating each station= walking lunges and bear crawls

Perform 5 burpees, walk lunge to next station, 10 push-ups, run back to beginning.. 5 burpees, walk lunge to 10 push-ups, bear crawl to 15 squat jumps, run back to beginning.. add one station each time until traveling each station and back to beginning

Core Tabata at end 30” on and 10” off= high knees, Russian twists, tuck jumps, plank to down dog, WW2 sit ups, protractor
