Embrace the suck

Each station 20 feet apart= 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, 15 squat jumps, 20 box cutters, 25 OH claps with bricks, 30 jump jacks

Travel exercises alternating each station= walking lunges and bear crawls

Perform 5 burpees, walk lunge to next station, 10 push-ups, run back to beginning.. 5 burpees, walk lunge to 10 push-ups, bear crawl to 15 squat jumps, run back to beginning.. add one station each time until traveling each station and back to beginning

Core Tabata at end 30โ€ on and 10โ€ off= high knees, Russian twists, tuck jumps, plank to down dog, WW2 sit ups, protractor
