Inspired by a little Top Gun action… Wingman1 (W1) does 1:00 minute of the exercises while Wingman2 (W2) holds position at one of 6 stations. Switch after each minute.

Both perform Fast Feet (4-count) with Jump Squat OR Ski-Calf-Raise with Jump
for 1 minute then start next exercise/hold combo.

Repeat with each exercise until complete (approx 45 minutes).

Inspiration from 2 Corinthians 12:1-5

12 It is necessary to boast; nothing is to be gained by it, but I will go on to visions and revelations of the Lord. I know a person in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know; God knows. And I know that such a person—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know; God knows— was caught up into Paradise and heard things that are not to be told, that no mortal is permitted to repeat. On behalf of such a one I will boast, but on my own behalf I will not boast, except of my weaknesses. 

Paul goes on to talk about the thorn given to him and that God’s grace is enough – made perfect in our weakness. So rejoice and be glad today for your weakness – let it be what guides you to reach out to God in prayer or through others. I have a few thorns personally and am grateful to God and my FiA Sisters for being there for me!
