40s for 4th of July

The Thang: Because it was 4th of July everything was done in 40s! Started with stretching out.

40 Burpees, 40 Reverse Rows (ouch), 40 Jump Squats, 40 Sit Ups, 40 High Knees, 40 Pushups, 40 Jumping Jacks, 40 Bicycle Crunches.

We did close to 30 minutes, those who finished repeated until everyone was done. Then we took a jog down past the blue playground and came back for an ab circle. We counted off 20 reps of each ab exercise and went around twice, 6 different ab exercises in all.
