The Thang:

  • Warm Up = Track & Field
    • High knees, butt kicks, shot put, javelin, over the hurdle, run in place (30 sec 3x)
  • Event 1: Timed 1 Mile Run
  • Gymnastics (50 sec, 10 sec off)
    • Vault = Squat Jumps
    • Uneven Bars = Plank with arm/leg extension
    • Parallel Bars = Side plank with option leg up
    • Balance Beam = balanced skaters hold
    • Floor Routine = moving jacks and power skips
    • Pommel Horse = spiderman
    • Rings = tricep dips
  • Event 2: 5 min burpees
  • Olmypic Events (50 sec, 10 sec off)
    • Boxing = jump ropes, uppercuts, punches
    • Rowing = rows
    • Swimming = superwoman but single arms
    • Cycling = bicycles
  • Event 3: 5 min wall sit with hands above head
