Pax: Nomad, Nala, Sriracha, Micro, Hocu Pocus, Shiplap, Package, Windy, Take Out, Hop Along, Tiger

9 sets of Exercises, 2 exercises in each set. Perform each exercise 30 seconds, back to back with a 30 second rest in between. Complete each set 3 times before moving onto the next

  1. Seal Jacks / Lunge with a twist
  2. iron cross w/ weight extension/ bicycles
  3. squat hold / squat with a weight press
  4. broad jumps / burpees
  5. reverse flys / around the worlds
  6. crunches w/ weight / crab toe touch
  7. high knees / fast feet
  8. arnold press / tricep extension
  9. burpees / plank
