  • Warm Up: Active Core and Stretching
  • AMRAP – 7 min (10 reps each)
    • T – Jump squat with twist
    • A – Hammer Curls
    • K – Kicks to the side
    • E – Goodmornings
  • AMRAP – 4 min (10 reps)
    • A – Down and back with crunches on the mat
  • AMRAP – 7 min (10 reps each)
    • S – sumo squats
    • T – russian twists
    • E – back extension with fliers
    • P – pushups
  • AMRAP – 5 min (10 reps)
    • T – Narrow squat with a twist
    • A – hammer curls
    • K – squat with kicks forward
    • E – dead lifts
  • AMRAP – 4 min (10 reps)
    • A – Down and back, heels to the heaven on the mat
  • AMRAP – 5 min (10 reps)
    • L – Side lunge
    • E – superwoman
    • A – Plank shoulder taps
    • P – pushups with a pull
  • Stretch/cool down

Inspiration: Take a step, take a leap. Often time we ask without first putting in the effort towards what we want or feel like we should do in our heart. We must take small steps everyday and He will meet us where we are at and answer.
