Warm-up: Around the worlds, gate openers, arm circles forward and back, good mornings, jumping jacks, butt kickers, high knees, jog
The Thang: 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off consecutively for each exercise. Cardio of choice for 1 minute after every other set.

-fire hydrants/donkey kicks
-plank squat(2)/shoulder taps(4)
