The PAX will complete each exercise and Run in between sessions.

Stretch, Run, 

Warm-Up (Marching bands session)-TN VOLS

Session 1: 2x

  • 15 push-ups
  • 15 tri-cep extensions mat/curb
  • 15 push-ups
  • 15 tri-cep extensions on mat/curb
  • Resistance band walk in parking lot w/20 taps

Session 2: 2x

  • 15 hydrants- right
  • 15 hydrants – left
  • 15 plank kick back leg extensions- right
  • 15 plank kick-back leg extensions- left
  • 20 High Knees
  • Resistance band walk in parking lot with 20 taps

Session 3: 2x

  • 15 Donkey Kicks – right
  • 15 Donkey Kicks – left
  • 25 Side steps-left
  • 25 Side Steps -right
  • 15 tricep push-ups
  • Resistance band walk in parking lot with 20 squat leg extension
  • Wall sits with Arm band extensions

Session 5: Let’s do it again!  Instead of 25, 10 reps of each.

  • Resistance band walk in parking lot at end complete 50 step up on curb

Session 5: 2x

  • 15 Bridges 
  • 15 Russian twists
  • 15 horizontal scissors 
  • 15 tick tocks
  • Jumping Jacks

COT- Focus on the good things that bring you positive energy and what you can control as a human being. When your sad, angry, anxious fix ur eyes on something much great than us, God. Choose to have a peaceful life, and with all that other stuff…God’s got you. While you wait for him to take care of the things that you can not control, take care of what you can control…yourself.
