THE THANG:

Warm up:

jumping jacks, butt kickers, high knees, run, repeat, run back; around the worlds, good mornings, gate openers, arm circles, sun salutation with hip stretch and pigeon pose each leg.

Work out:

45 seconds on, 15 seconds off each exercise, minute cardio between rounds

round 1: shoulder press, tricep extensions, flys(of choice)

round 2: jump squats(or squat of choice), monkey humpers, donkey kicks

round 3: mountain climbers, plank squats, plank leg raises

round 4: weighted sit up, weighted russian twists, bicycle crunches

*repeat
