  2. Hydrants to donkey kicks (alt legs)
  3. Goblet Squat w/ optional press
  4. Walking Lunges
  5. Skiers with lateral hop
  6. Reverse lunge with curl RIGHT
  7. Reverse lunge with curl LEFT
  8. Bent Knee Leg Lifts RIGHT
  9. Bent Knee Leg Lifts LEFT
  10. Wall Sit with punches

TURKEY TROT to “The Right Stuff” – turkey trot, ie jog/walk until chorus…burpees on every “THE RIGHT STUFF”
