The Thang: 8-minute AMRAPs with LONG hills between. For each AMRAP, complete 10 reps each of 3 exercises until time is up. AMRAP 1: Bulgarian split-squats on curb, plank walk, push-ups jumping feet in and out between reps; AMRAP 2: Iron mans (Shout out to Star-Lord for naming this one which is a side squat with one foot on the curb. The foot on the ground lifts off at the top of the squat.), plank bird dogs, dips; AMRAP 3: Squat with heels on curb, side plank with leg raise, push-up with leg raises.
