The Thang: In honor of Twosday (22-02-2022, as the rest of the world writes it), complete 22 of each exercise then repeat until the song is over. 3 moves per song, each song around 3 or 4 minutes long.

Warm up: ski jumps, toy soldiers, good mornings, around the worlds, arm circles, jumping jacks, hip openers

  1. butterfly crunches, skiers, mountain climbers
  2. box cutters, fire hydrants, dry docks
  3. knee ups, hip dips, staters
  4. bridges, lunges, hammer curls
  5. high knees, pushups, diggers
  6. russian twists, rows, tricep dips or press
  7. jump squats, weighted sit up, jumping jacks

Cool down with stretching: especially arms, shoulders, legs, back, hips.
