The Thang: In honor of Twosday (22-02-2022, as the rest of the world writes it), complete 22 of each exercise then repeat until the song is over. 3 moves per song, each song around 3 or 4 minutes long.
Warm up: ski jumps, toy soldiers, good mornings, around the worlds, arm circles, jumping jacks, hip openers
- butterfly crunches, skiers, mountain climbers
- box cutters, fire hydrants, dry docks
- knee ups, hip dips, staters
- bridges, lunges, hammer curls
- high knees, pushups, diggers
- russian twists, rows, tricep dips or press
- jump squats, weighted sit up, jumping jacks
Cool down with stretching: especially arms, shoulders, legs, back, hips.
