Workout: 45 seconds of work, 20 seconds of movement (e.g. jog, high knees, jacks, walk)

1-planks

2-squats/plie’ squats

3-sit-ups (any style-reverse crunches, butterfly crunches, bicycles)

4-bridges

5-dips

6-squat jumps

7-side planks

8-single leg RDL’s

9-mountain climbers

10-reverse lunges

11-bicep curls

12-margaritas with a twist

13-push-ups

14-donkey kicks

15-burpees

1 minute rest/water after 1st round, then repeat!
