WARMUP: Jog short lap, jumping jacks, toy soldiers, good mornings, around the worlds, arm circles, hip openers

THE THANG: 2 moves per song, 20 reps of each, repeat until song has ended.

  2. Mountain climbers/dry docks
  3. Skiers/ lunges
  4. Boat crunches/bridges
  5. High knees/hammer curls
  6. Fire hydrants/donkey kicks
  7. Diggers/micros(Russian twist)
  8. Rows/tricep press
  9. Jump squats/tick tocks
  10. dolphins/weighted sit ups

Cool down with long lap jog/walk, stretching
