UNO WORKOUT

THE THANG:

This was a deck of card type workout using an UNO deck. We had 2 rounds (15 minutes each round) of exercises corresponding with the card drawn. In between rounds we did a cardio burst “halftime show” with 10 exercises of 10 each that we did in a circle and then we reversed the circle and did the cardio burst again.

INSPIRATION: The simple game of UNO is meant for kids. Easy to understand. Simple to accept. It is a reminder of how our ONE true love, our ONE true trust and our ONE true hope is God…simple…easy. This was especially true as we started the workout in a wicked storm and then suddenly it calmed down, the wind and rains stopped and everything became clear.
