The Work: Seven sets, each with eight rounds of tabata-style (20/10) strength work following by a one-minute cardio burst. (1) Tabata: Pistol squats alternating legs each round / Cardio: Jumping jacks (2) Tabata: Alternate rounds between shoulder press while holding right lunge and bicep curls while holding left lunge / Cardio: Mountain climbers (3) Tabata: Single leg bridges alternating legs each round / Cardio: High knees (4) Tabata: Alternate rounds between plank rows and single leg v-ups / Cardio: Squat jumps (5) Tabata: Single leg deadlifts alternating legs each round / Cardio: Jump rope (6) Tabata: Alternate rounds between skier extensions and swimmers / Cardio: Skaters (7) Tabata: Side lunges alternating legs each round / Cardio: Butt kickers
