The Thang

Partner workout so that you are moving at all times.

Partner 1 does the 25 reps of the first exercise while Partner 2 does AMRAP of the exercise listed beside it. Once Partner 1 has completed her reps, the partners switch places. Then move on to the next exercise and repeat same format.

Once you have done 25 reps of everything, do the same thing but with 20 reps, then 15 and so forth.

As you are working hard on those AMRAPs, you’ll be asking your partner, “Are you done yet?”
