The Thang: We did a workout, courtesy of Luna (thank you!!!), that made learning about the responsibilities of being a Q fun! Each exercise had a question about being a Q and possible answers to complete prior to doing the exercise. Each Pax took turns choosing the category (abs, arms, legs, cardio, or combo) and the number of reps and then we flipped the card to find the question and the type of exercise underneath. The exercises and number of reps were as follows:
(Abs) 5 cadence star crunches, 10 sit thrus, 15 tick tocks, 25 sit ups, 1 min superwomans
(Legs) 5 pendulum lunges (each side), 10 donkey kicks each side, 15 squat pulses, 25 single leg deadlifts each side, 1 min wall sit
(Arms) 5 cadence pushups, 10 rows, 15 curls, 25 triceps, 1 min single ladies
(Cardio) 5 tuck jumps, 10 cadence high knees, 15 cadence butt kicks, 25 jacks, lap
(Combo) 5 burpees, 10 jack jacks, 15 squat curl press, 25 bridge flies, 1 min capt thor (1 sit up+4 russian twists)
Stretch/Inspiration: Anyone can Q! Even if we get nervous (which I do) we can push past and try something even if its hard.
