My constant battle is determining if I need to let go of my stress and trust that God is in control and being too passive and not taking any steps to reduce stress in a healthy way. I always come back to these two verses: “Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? Matthew 6:27 NIV “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34 NIV In general, I try and remind myself that I can not control the thoughts and actions of others. So why stress out about things outside of my control?
